Welcome to RolnRock.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RolnRock.com, including our forums, comments, playlists, reviews, and store (the “Site”). By creating an account, posting, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Site.
Who can use RolnRock
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or post on RolnRock. If you are under the age of majority in your area, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Site.
Your account
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us when you register, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- One account per person. Don’t register on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- Let us know right away at webmaster@rolnrock.com if you think your account has been compromised.
Posting on the forums and comments
RolnRock’s forums, comments, and community areas are for talking about music, gear, records, and related topics. You keep ownership of anything you post, but by posting you give RolnRock a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store that content on the Site for as long as it remains posted.
When you post, please don’t:
- Post anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or obscene.
- Post copyrighted music, images, text, or other material you don’t have the right to share.
- Spam, post unauthorized advertising, or promote unrelated products or services.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Post malware, phishing links, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site.
- Harvest or scrape other users’ information.
We can remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
Copyright
RolnRock respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at webmaster@rolnrock.com with a description of the work, its location on the Site, and your contact information, and we’ll look into it.
Embedded and third-party content
Some pages include content embedded from other sites (for example, YouTube videos) or links to third-party sites. That content is governed by the third party’s own terms and privacy policy, and RolnRock isn’t responsible for it.
Store purchases
Our Store is powered by a third-party e-commerce platform (Ecwid). Purchases, payments, shipping, and returns made through the Store are also subject to that provider’s terms of service, in addition to these Terms.
Content ownership
Aside from content you post yourself, the design, text, graphics, logos, and other material on RolnRock.com belong to RolnRock or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission, beyond normal sharing (like linking to a page or sharing a post).
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content (including reviews and recommendations) is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RolnRock and its owners aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You can stop using the Site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Site.
